OUR PRESIDENTS 3RD STATE OF THE NATION ADDRESS

OUR PRESIDENTS 3RD STATE OF THE NATION ADDRESS”

Last July 23, 2012 our President Benigno Simeon C. Aquino lll deliberated his 3rd State Of The Nation Address (SONA) at Batasang PAmbansa Complex in Quezon City.
Our President’s SONA was about his achievements during his first 3 yrs. in administration. He also said that he was fore about the R.H. Bill. The President also tackled about the crimes in our country. About forgive and forget. The Scarborough Shoal that we should fight for our rights in that island.
For me, our Presidents SONA was all good. But we should expect that our President will do all his promises. To have a better nation, as he always says” TUWID NA LANDAS. ”

VEGETABLES; MIRRORS OF WELL-BEING

All of us need nutrients to have a healthy body. We must always be of what does the some aware what does the some nutritional value of some variety of foods contains. Our body need those nutrients for us to grow and become healthier than before.
Eating vegetables can make us healthy. Keep us from any kind of disease. But some are not eating vegetables especially. If their Mother prepares vegetables like bitter guard the child would say “amapalaya? Iw so bitter!!...” And if their mother prepares their favorite food like meat they can eat as many as day can. We should not throw away the vegetables because they are the one we need. By eating those vegetables we can be physically fit.
We should eat vegetables everyday. To have a healthy body. And be our habits no to ignore those healthy goods. By eating them you will become happy and strong.
